The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation may have closed their public pools for the summer season, but, New Providence Pool and Beachaven Pool will be extending the Summer Swim Season.  Current summer pool passes will be honored during the extended hours.

New Providence Pool, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, will remain open from 6:30 a.m. until noon, Monday through Friday, as well as from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays, August 4 through 31.  New Providence Pool will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Labor Day, September 1.

Beachaven Pool, located at 390 Gaylewood Drive, will remain open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays, August 4 through September 1.  Beachaven Pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on August 8 and on Labor Day, September 1.

Just because the summer is coming to a close, doesn’t mean the swimming will!  The Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence, currently New Providence Pool, will open its doors Wednesday, October 1.
