Reward offered in cross-burning at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church

The Clarksville Police Department is offering a $250 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the burning of a cross on July 21 at the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 1300 Rossview Road.

On July 21, the remains of a burned cross were found at the gate of church. The incident has been deemed a hate crime.

The lead investigator in the case is Detective Greg Rosencrants and information should be directed to him at 648-0656 extension 5382 or by e mail at Gregory.Rosencrants@cityofclarksville.com
