The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department’s Fall Family Campout at Billy Dunlop Park has been rescheduled. The Family Campout, originally scheduled to be held September 21- 22, at the park located at 1930 East Boy Scout Road will now be held September 28- 29 at the same location. Activities will remain the same and will include a bonfire, archery, games, ghost stories and lots of fun! Family Campout will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday and run through 9 a.m. the following morning.
Registration is underway! The Family Campout is $5 per person or $20 per family (up to 6 members) and will include an afternoon and evening of games and fun as well as a hot dog dinner and breakfast provided Sunday morning. Families will need to provide their own tent and sleeping materials. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Don’t miss out on your chance to sleep under the stars with your neighbors. Pre-register no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25 at the Parks & Recreation Main Office located at 102 Public Square or online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com.
