The Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands announces it will offer free legal classes to the public this fall. The classes are made possible through the People’s Law School program.
People’s Law School holds one-hour classes each week, taught by Legal Aid Society attorneys and volunteer attorneys, that provide an overview of legal issues that a typical person may face. Classes will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on most Wednesdays at Antioch High School, 1900 Hobson Pike, and on most Thursdays at Cohn Learning Center, 4805 Park Ave.
People’s Law School classes go through November. Each class will focus on a different legal topic.
Anyone can register for one or several classes here.
