Great American Clean-Up collects 32,800 pounds of trash

Volunteer work crews lead the way in the Great American Cleanup in Tennessee, donating 2,110 hours of labor and collecting 32,800 pounds of trash. The Clean Up utilized the services of 422 volunteers.

Montgomery County’s workforce was led by Coordinator Mary Anderson.

“The Keep Tennessee Beautiful campaign has achieved achieved remarkable results,” said KTnB Executive Director Missy Marshall.
