Crow Community Center to host Tai Chi program

The Crow Community Center, located at 211 Richview Road, will host a new session of Tai Chi this fall! Tai Chi will take place Wednesdays from 4 to 5 p.m., August 20 through October 8.

Instructed by Stuart Bonnington, this program is open to adults of any age who may reap the benefits of Tai Chi such as better balance, increased flexibility, and reduced stress. Tai Chi also relaxes and improves overall mind, body and spirit. Bonnington is certified by the Arthritis Foundation as an instructor of their Tai Chi for Arthritis program.

Cost is $20 for the entire 8-week program. Participants can register at the Parks & Recreation Main office as well as online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com. Community Center ID is required.
