Mayor Kim McMillan administered the oath of office to four new Clarksville police officers today at City Hall.
The new officers are Daniel Binkley, James Baker, Holden Hudgin, and George Goodman III. Their friends and families, along with Deputy Chief Frankie Gray and other city officials, gathered at the City Hall for the ceremony.
The officers will now attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy (TLETA), beginning January 5, 2014 and continuing through March 14, 2014. The officers will then train with a Field Training Officer for 14 weeks. The officers will then begin patrolling the streets of Clarksville.
