NASHVILLE : Grab a friend, a bit of cash, and an eye for treasure! A community-wide garage sale at Beazer Homes’ esteemed Mt Juliet neighborhood, Providence Landing, is set for Saturday, July 26 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

In addition to showcasing their community and designer model home, “Beazer Homes seeks to be an active player in the areas in which we build,” says Tom Rothrauff, VP of Sales for Beazer’s Nashville division. The Providence Landing garage sale is the first of its kind in the community, and Beazer Homes is enticing area residents, both bargain hunters and otherwise, to attend the event by holding a raffle for a free 43” television! Attendees must visit the model and register to win, but no purchase is necessary, and complimentary refreshments will be provided.

When items have been picked over and eye-catching items sold, AMVETS (American Veterans) will collect unsold objects, along with anything additional that homeowners would like to donate to charity. AMVETS is committed to improving quality of life for all American Veterans who have served honorably and their families, and Beazer Homes welcomes this very worthy partnership.

As any garage sale guru knows, early birds often get the best items! The sale will commence at 8am and conclude at 3pm on Saturday, July 26. Providence Landing is located at 201 South Dunnwood Lane, Mt Juliet, TN 37122 at the intersection of Providence Trail and S Rutland Rd. More information, including driving directions, may be found at http://www.beazer.com/nashville-TN/providence-landing or 615-507-4843.

Beazer Homes is a top-10 homebuilder in the United States, with operations in Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Beazer has built more than 170,000 homes for happy Beazer homeowners since going public in 1994. Brian Beazer continues to play a key role as Chairman of the Board. In 2014, Beazer Homes was recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® program as Partner of the Year.
