The Clarksville Montgomery County Community Action Agency will begin taking applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) on Oct. 1. The fiscal year will run through Sept. 30, 2014;
Application’s will be available beginning Oct. 1 at the main office which is located at 150 Lafayette Rd. Approved applications can receive up to $600 credit toward their propane, natural gas or electric bill.
Applicants must show proof all household’s gross monthly income and social security cards for everyone in the household and you must provide a current energy bill. Stop at the office at 150 Lafayette Rd. or call (931) 896-1800 to see if you qualify.
