HALO SLEEPSACKS:  HALO is recalling HALO SleepSack Wearable Blankets with Pink Satin Flowers sold nationwide exclusively at Babies R Us from December 2011 to July 2013. Petals from the floral embellishment on the blankets can detach, posing a choking hazard.

The recalled HALO SleepSack wearable blankets are 100% white cotton with pink-edged ruffles and a pink satin rose embellishment on the front. Only SleepSack products with GPU numbers 2701, 2781, 2886, 2887, 3007, 3035 and 3142 printed on a neck label under the primary neck label are included in the recall.

Consumers should contact HALO Innovations at (866) 819-8118 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday or online at for a pre-paid envelope containing instructions to remove and return the flower and order a free replacement product.

Wilton Chefmate 2-Qt Tea Kettle-Recalled

TEA KETTLES:  Wilton Industries is recalling Chefmate 2-Quart Tea Kettles sold exclusively at Target nationwide and in Canada from January 2006 to May 2013. Steam can travel up the handle, or water can spill from the spout, posing a burn hazard.

This recall involves Chefmate 2-quart tea kettles sold with a black enamel finish and a solid black resin handle. The Chefmate logo is stamped on the bottom of the aluminum tea kettle.

Consumers should return the tea kettles to any Target store, or contact Wilton Industries at (866) 255-9237 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. CT Friday or online at  for a full refund.

CHILDREN’S PAJAMAS:  Klever Kids is recalling Children’s Pajamas and Nightgowns sold nationwide from September 2012 to March 2013. The pajamas fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.

This recall involves Klever Kids children’s 100% Pima cotton pajama sets and nightgowns sold in boys and girls sizes 2 through 8. All the garments have a printed label at the neck that reads KleverKids live {Heart}  laugh {Heart} love.

Apple Park Chldrns Loungewear-RecallCHILDREN’S LOUNGEWEAR:  Apple Park is recalling children’s two-piece loungewear sets sold nationwide. The loungewear garments fail to meet children’s sleepwear federal flammability standards.

This recall involves Apple Park children’s 96% viscose and 4% spandex two-piece sets from the Apple Park Bamboo Loungewear Collection. They were sold in children’s sizes 6 months through size 4.
