Bass Tournament to benefit Fisher House

First Command Financial Services is sponsoring its second annual “Fishing for the Fisher House” Bass Tournament to be held Sunday, April 27,  at Lick Creek Boat Launch. All boat registration fees will be donated to the Fisher House on Fort Campbell, Ky. to benefit the families of our Wounded Warriors.

Boat registration is $100 per two-person boat with one check made to Fisher House. The Big Bass Pot is $10, with a second check made to Marty Robbins and Associates.

Day of tournament registration begins at 4:30 a.m. and ends at 6:30 a.m. at Stewart County High School parking lot. All boats meet under the bridge for live well checks.

Top prize is $3000 sponsored by Wal-Mart Logistics and currently there are 15 place prizes. There will be raffles and giveaways the day of tourney.

Boaters will receive a shirt in their packet so please put your size on the entry form.

All boats will check in on the morning of the tournament at Stewart County High School and receive their boater’s packet. Live well checks will occur from the launch boat once all boats are in the water.

The first 50 boats registered will launch from Lick Creek. Boats 51 through 150 will launch from Dyer’s Creek, the Court House, Hickman Creek or other local launch ramps (boaters responsible for self from this ramp and others not listed).

Teams will be available to assist in parking and transport. Refreshments will be available in the morning and during the award presentations.
