During the annual Riverfest event on September 6 at 10:29 p.m. Clarksville police responded to a large crowd of juveniles congregating in the parking lot of a business on Riverside Drive.

Officers were able to keep the crowd peaceful for some time, however, a city employee reported that a black male juvenile was in possession of a handgun.

A fight soon broke out in the same business parking lot that involved the juvenile in possession of the handgun, which turned out to be a BB Gun, and officers were able to detain him.

The same juvenile that was in possession of the BB gun is the juvenile who was seen by another officer kicking an individual that was on the ground during the fight.

The juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct and removed from the premises.
