Dreary weather can’t defeat NCC’s 17th Annual Intertribal Powwow

The drab skies could not deflate the happiness and joy that returning visitors and friends brought to this year’s powwow. Smiles and handshakes abounded everywhere as greetings were exchanged in every corner of the campgrounds.
