Dog restraint law creates “humane conditions”
Montgomery County Commissioners on Monday passed new Animal Control regulations that will create more humane conditions for dogs across the county. The Commissioners in a 14-7 vote passed legislation requiring that not dog be chained to a “fixed object” for more than 60 minutes.
