With those words, Mitchell Ketchens and his wife, Monica Drake, decided to take the small business plunge and open “Ingredients,” the newest addition to Historic Downtown Clarksville.

Although Ingredients, located on the refurbished Strawberry Alley, opened
quietly in July, word of mouth is already drawing a steady stream of customers through its doors.
