U.S. Solutions Group expanding Sullivan County operations

Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam and Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty joined officials of  U.S. Solutions Group, Inc., a Teleperformance company, in announcing the company will expand its operations at 2536 West State Street in Bristol, Tenn. The expansion includes a $117,000 investment and the creation of 128 new jobs.

“I want to thank U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. for their continued investment and the new jobs they will create for Tennesseans. U.S. Solutions Group is expanding less than a year after locating to Sullivan County, and today’s announcement helps us in our goal toward becoming the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs,” Haslam said.

“When existing companies choose to reinvest and expand in Tennessee, it reinforces Tennessee’s strengths in comparison to other states in the Southeast and reflects highly on our business-friendly environment, low tax rates and high quality workforce.  “I congratulate U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. on their success and look forward to their continued presence in Tennessee,” Hagerty said.

In October 2012, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. opened its first call center in Tennessee, investing $4.1 million and creating 548 jobs. Due to the growth of its client base and higher than expected call volumes, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. will hire 120 new employees over the next two months.

“It has been such an exciting time for our company since we joined Teleperformance in 2010.  We have not only moved to a new site and new location in Bristol, Tenn. but are now in a position to continue to grow and create jobs for the community. “Over the next two months we will be hiring over 120 employees to meet our clients’ increased volume and are looking forward to additional growth through the end of the year as we hit the peak season for our clients,” U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. Director of Operations Sean Cook said.

“It is great to see yet another vote of confidence for Tennessee’s nationally recognized business-friendly environment. “U.S. Solutions, Inc. is an outstanding company and I am extremely pleased to see them continue to grow here in Bristol. We work hard in the legislature every day to ensure Tennessee remains the best state in the nation in which to own and operate a business. It is rewarding to see that hard work yields great jobs for the people of Bristol and the state of Tennessee,” Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey said.

“As Mayor of Sullivan County, I am very excited to be a part of the expansion announcement for U.S. Solutions Group. “While many companies are looking at ways to trim their workforce and their business expenses, it is wonderful to be a part of an announcement of U.S. Solutions Group expanding. We congratulate the company on this great news,” Sullivan County Mayor Steve Godsey said.

“It is our distinct honor to welcome U.S. Solutions Group to Bristol and Tennessee as our latest corporate citizen. “We are confident that their decision to locate in Bristol, with the hundreds of quality jobs that were created, will be mutually rewarding for both the company and our community for years to come,” Bristol Mayor Joel Staton said.

“U.S. Solutions Group is a wonderful addition to the Bristol, Tenn. business community. “It has been an extreme pleasure to work with the local management as they seek to provide their employees with the finest facilities and environment in which to work and thrive. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship between U.S. Solutions Group, Bristol and Sullivan County, Tennessee, NETWORKS Sullivan Partnership CEO Richard Venable said.
