Metro-West Appraisal announces Nashville branch opening

Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC (Metro-West) has announced the opening of its new Nashville branch. The move was made along with three other corresponding expansions. This branch expansion increases the number of staff appraisers for Metro-West to more than 175 in over 50 major metropolitan U.S. markets.

“Recent reports from research firms, such as CoreLogic, have shown that home prices in the Nashville area increased by 8.0 percent in May 2013 compared to May 2012, “We’re thrilled to have to an opportunity to expand into Nashville, which has excelled in recent years as one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation in terms of both population and job creation,” said Brandon Boudreau, COO, Metro-West.

Metro-West officials will continue to evaluate other U.S. metro areas to expand its national footprint in 2013 and beyond.

Founded in 1987, Metro-West is the largest STAFF appraisal firm in the nation that is not affiliated with an AMC or a lender. Metro-West has more than 175 staff appraisers in over 50 metropolitan markets across 30 states, with continuous nationwide expansion planned.
