Parnassus Books presents author Michael Pollan

Author Michael Pollan will present a discussion and book-signing for his latest work, Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation, on May 14 at 6:30 p.m. in Nashville.

The event, supported by Parnassus Books, will take place at Ingram Hall at the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University, 2400 Blakemore Avenue in Nashville.

Pollan is an American author, journalist, activist, and professor of journalism at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. A 2006 New York Times book review describes him as a “liberal foodie intellectual.”
