DAC’s May exhibit is a reunion of the original founding artist members of the Downtown Artists Co-op, conceived twelve years ago in a gallery space above the Front Page Deli. DAC moved to 96 Franklin Street, their current location, ten years ago for the storefront space the gallery needed. This is the first time DAC has had  the original group back together to show artwork in a decade.

The public is invited to our Opening Reception during May’s First Thursday ArtWalk to meet and greet DAC’s founding artists and view recent artwork.

Artists participating include Peggy Bonnington, Beverly Parker, Susan Bryant, Billy Renkl, Mitzi Cross, Malcolm Glass, Melody Shipley, Ken Shipley, Connie Livingston Dunn, Suta Lee, Mark Griggs, Shane Moore, Becky Hall, Becky Keene, Helen Hobson, Cindy Marsh and Clare Coyle Taylor.

This exhibition is being generously sponsored by Jeff and Sherri Robinson of the Blackhorse Pub & Brewery and by Rob Copeland of Copeland Wealth Management. It will hang throughout the month of May.
