DAC ArtWalk to host members exhibition

The Thursday Artwalk sponsored by DAC will be held April 2 from 5-8 p.m. across a five-block area of downtown Clarksville.

Featured at the Downtown Artists Co-op (96 Franklin Street) is the 14th Annual Members’ Exhibit, during the month of April. This annual tradition is an exhibit of fine art by all DAC Members and features fine art including Painting, Drawing, Mixed Media, Photography, 3D/Fabric Arts, Jewelry and much more.

F & M Bank (50 Franklin Street) will host DON’T LOSE IT, — USE IT: RECYCLED MATERIAL ART in the Franklin Room from 6-8 p.m. during the April First Thursday Art Walk.

The Roxy Regional Theatre – Peg Harvill Gallery (100 Franklin Street) will feature the work of local artist Beverly Parker during the April First Thursday Art Walk. This selection of work will be themed TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE, live on stage March 27 – April 11.

Customs House Museum (200 S. 2nd Street) will feature the following exhibits:

* In the Garden: A Women’s History Month Exhibition March 10th – May 10th
* Sergio Gomez: The Land In Between March 6th – May 10th
* The Quiet Stage: The Art of Lynn Garwood March 3rd – 29th
* Go Figure! March 1st – June 14th
* The Creative Gilmans March 5th – May 10th
* Westward Ho! March 17th – May 10th
* The Framemaker (705 North Second Street) will host “Taking A Stroll: Photography by Rina Gonzalez”
* The Framemaker proudly presents Taking A Stroll: Photography by Rina Gonzalez.

Rogate’s Boutique (115 Franklin Street) will host Laura Adcock during the April First Thursday Art Walk.

Hops Road (101 Strawberry Alley) will join the April First Thursday Art Walk and host artist, Melanie Waddle Dennis.

The Well (224 Union Street) will be displaying works from the local Well community. One of the local artists at The Well will be guiding an art class. If you are interested in joining the lesson RSVP to 941-802-2889 or to thewell@trentoncrossingchurch.com.

Edward’s Steakhouse (107 Franklin Street) will host local artist, Ivan Colin, during the April First Thursday Art Walk.
