Luncheon to benefit “Operation Turnaround”

“Operation TurnAround” Luncheon Fundraiser will be held Friday, March 12, at the Montgomery County Courthouse courtyard (Across from Kennedy Law Firm) with pick-up from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The sandwich menu includes a Bratwurst sandwich, $4.00; a Rib sandwich, $5.00; Cornish Hen sandwich, $6.00; and a Pork Steak sandwich, $5.00. Chips and drink included. Advance orders appreciated by not required.

Clarksville Police Department’s Operation Turnaround program is designed  to assist  at risk youth. Youth involved in the program learn to develop individual growth plans, establish goals for education and career choices,   interview for a job, dress for success, solve problems, manage money and decision making skills. Participatying youth are in the high school and middle school age brackets.

Christine Anne Piesyk About the Author: Christine Anne Piesyk brings 42 years of experience to the pages of Business Clarksville; she has edited news, opinion, politics, business, arts/leisure, food, lifestyle, education and travel pages in both daily and weekly newspapers.
