Deborah Varallo to speak at “Women in Business” event

Deborah Varallo, president and founder of Varallo Public Relations in Nashville, will be the featured speaker at the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Women in Business event. The topic for the luncheon is ‘Building and Strengthening Customer Relationships.’

A native Tennessean, Deborah Varallo started her public relations firm in 1991 and is an expert in the fields of marketing, networking and client development. Her community involvement and volunteer work is extensive. She presently serves on the boards of several organizations and chairs The Davidson Group, an organization designated to bring people of different ethnic, social and economic backgrounds together. Varallo is active with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, providing training to area council members and having served as vice president of communications on their Board of Governors.

Her honors and awards include Volunteer of the Year (Nashville Chamber of Commerce), Women of Influence (Nashville Business Journal), Davidson County Women of the Year, the American Red Cross Clara Barton Award, and the President’s Cup (highest national honor of the National Association for Professional Saleswomen).
