Tennessee Art League lists February exhibits

The Tennessee Art League (TAL) has published its February exhibit line-up. With five separate exhibition galleries, the three story brown brick structure at 808 Broadway offers TAL member artists ample space to display their work to the viewing public. TAL’s February ‘Meet the Artists’ reception will be held Saturday, February 6, from 6-9 p.m. The exhibition is open to the public and admission is free.
Exhibitors include the following:
Premiere Gallery: Nashville artist Jason Saunders brings the outdoors in via the exhibition of his beautiful portraits of the Tennessee countryside. His works in oil, will be on exhibit through Saturday, February 26. Saunders will participate in the ‘Meet the Artist’ February 6 reception.
Ethel Smith Gallery: The annual exhibit of work by new members of the Tennessee Art League opens Tuesday, February 2nd, and continues through Saturday, February 26. Exhibiting TAL members will participate in the ‘Meet the Artists’ Saturday, February 6 reception .

Poston Gallery: An exhibit of photographic works by members of the Tennessee chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers remains on view through Saturday, February 26. Society members will also participate in the February 6 reception.
2nd Floor Gallery: An exhibition of work by Studio A Artists featuring artists Asia Emerson, Marlynda Augelli, Mary Field Neville, Peach McComb, and Vinci Kilodziejski, opens Saturday, February 6, with a reception to meet the artists from 6-9 p.m. The works of this eclectic group of 15 artists remain on view through Saturday, February 27.
